About Laura “Lo” Litchfield
My passion for massage therapy started after I injured my back in high school. My recovery process included therapeutic massage to help my muscles relax and reduce pain. It was then that I realized how important and vital massage therapy is, not only for recovery from injuries, but for every day activities and repetitive movements. I continued to receive massage therapy through my collegiate basketball career for post-game and practice recovery.
I have been working as a licensed massage therapist in the state of Illinois since 2019. My areas of focus include deep tissue massage, sport massage, and therapeutic relaxation massage. Whether you are working through a specific injury or need relief from muscle tension, I look forward to working with you to help keep you moving!
